to manufacture the highest form of quality in a consistent way.
The husks are processed to remove the fibres in high end machinery to get quality particle coco peat
The produced coco peat is then double washed and sun dried in the cement yard
The dried coco peat is handpicked and goes through the seiving process and destoner process to remove the unwanted dust and sand.

COCO husk is processed in diamond cutting machine
The chips produced is seived according to the requirement.
The seived chips are then washed int he containers for minimum 12 hours to bring down the EC.
Then they are brought to the drying yard.
The uniform and precise husk chips are blocked using high end machinery
